Refund Policy

Refunds
Our store does not offer refunds at this time. All orders are final, with the exception of orders that have been damaged in transit.

If in the unlikely scenario your order arrives damaged, we at Heart & Hands will be more than happy to exchange your damaged order with a new one of equal or lesser value. The original damaged item(s) must be shipped back to us for the exchange. Please contact us directly at heartnhandsco@gmail.com for more information if you are having this issue. We will work with you to make things right.

Cancellations
Once payment for an order has been processed, you have 24 hours to request a cancellation of your order. After that 24 hour period expires, the sale will be considered final. For all cancellation inquiries, please contact us directly at heartnhandsco@gmail.com.


Order Responsibility
Once an order is officially marked as in-transit, Heart & Hands is no longer responsible for the handling of your order. In the instance of lost or stolen packages, you must contact the USPS directly. Heart & Hands does not have any obligation to offer refunds, store credit, or replacements for any orders that have been lost or stolen.
