At the Top of the Stairs

All of my earring designs are made of polymer clay and will include either stainless steel, brass, sterling silver or 14k gold-plated silver studs or hoops. They are all hypoallergenic and safe for those with sensitive ears.

As we are just starting out, Heart & Hands is currently only accepting orders domestically, in the United States. Orders are shipped via standard shipping with the USPS and will typically take between 2 and 6 business days.

Orders of $35 or more will include FREE shipping.

Every item we sell is made by hand and takes time to craft. If you are expecting a custom order, please allow a 7-10 days for the order to be made, which is separate from the time it will take the order to ship.

If you would like to change or cancel an order you have already placed, please contact us within 24 hours of the placement of the order. You can reach us via heartnhandsco@gmail.com or via the Contact Us section of this site.

Refunds
Our store does not offer refunds at this time. All orders are final, with the exception of orders that have been damaged in transit.

If in the unlikely scenario your order arrives damaged, we at Heart & Hands will be more than happy to exchange your damaged order with a new one of equal or lesser value. The original damaged item(s) must be shipped back to us for the exchange. Please contact us directly at heartnhandsco@gmail.com for more information if you are having this issue. We will work with you to make things right.

Cancellations
Once payment for an order has been processed, you have 24 hours to request a cancellation of your order. After that 24 hour period expires, the sale will be considered final. For all cancellation inquiries, please contact us directly at heartnhandsco@gmail.com.

Order Responsibility
Once an order is officially marked as in-transit, Heart & Hands is no longer responsible for the handling of your order. In the instance of lost or stolen packages, you must contact the USPS directly. Heart & Hands does not have any obligation to offer refunds, store credit, or replacements for any orders that have been lost or stolen.

• Avoid exposing earrings to excess heat or moisture. They are best kept in a cool, dry area when not in use. Do NOT showerswim with them on.

• Do not attempt to bend or reshape the earrings, even if they seem flexible. They can and will break with enough pressure. My earrings are all oven-baked and are not meant to be reshaped after they are completed.

• We strongly recommend that you do not attempt to pierce your own ears. If you do not already have a hole where you would like the piercing to go, we recommend getting the piercing done professionally. Attempting to pierce yourself could not only bend or break your purchased earrings, but could also lead to infections and/or keloids. Please be responsible.
